Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of On Magic, a service of On Magic LLC (formerly reSEAT LLC) ("On Magic," "we," "us," or "our"). By using On Magic, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Overview. On Magic is a software platform that gives fitness studios an AI-powered front desk. It answers member calls, texts, Instagram messages and emails on the studio's behalf, helps with bookings, waitlists, and seating, and sends service communications your studio has turned on. On Magic connects to your studio's scheduling platform (for example, Mariana Tek) to do this. We do not provide reservation systems, billing, or membership management. Your studio's scheduling platform remains the system of record.
Eligibility. To use On Magic, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
Be an authorized representative of a fitness studio or business, or a client using studio-approved features.
Acceptable use. You agree not to:
Misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with On Magic.
Use On Magic for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
Attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours or not authorized by your studio.
Circumvent studio policies, class rules, or systems set by your scheduling platform.
Use automated scripts, bots, or manipulation that could affect seat availability or other members' experience.
Communications consent. By using On Magic or interacting with a participating studio, you consent to receive transactional and service-related communications from On Magic, including via SMS, phone, Instagram and other messaging channels. These communications may include booking confirmations, reminders, waitlist updates, and customer support messages. Some communications are generated with the help of automated systems, including AI assistants acting on your studio's behalf. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP, and you may receive a confirmation message upon opting out. Reply HELP for help. On Magic does not send marketing or promotional messages without explicit user consent. Communications never complete a purchase for you: booking and payment always happen in your studio's official booking flow. Intellectual property. All content, features, branding, design, and code in On Magic are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or modify any materials without permission.
Automation and limitations. On Magic provides automated seat movement, seating insights, and an AI concierge that may answer questions and draft communications. We do not guarantee:
That you will receive your preferred seat.
That seat moves will always be executed successfully (for example, due to API errors, studio rules, or booking conflicts).
That results will match real-time availability, because data is provided by third-party platforms.
That AI-generated responses are error-free. Your studio's policies and its scheduling platform's records control in any conflict.
On Magic is provided for convenience. Your studio retains full control over booking, seat maps, and class rules.
Limitation of liability. On Magic is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:
Any class disruptions caused by inaccurate studio data.
User dissatisfaction with seat placement or class experience.
Scheduling errors originating from third-party platforms.
Business impacts or losses related to operational decisions made using our insights.
Use On Magic at your own discretion.
Termination. We may suspend or terminate your access to On Magic if:
You violate these Terms.
Your studio disables integration or requests removal.
Your account becomes inactive or unauthorized.
You may stop using On Magic at any time. To request data deletion, contact us at hello@reseat.ai.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of On Magic will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of On Magic after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Severability and entire agreement. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms, together with any separate agreement between On Magic and your studio, are the entire agreement between you and On Magic regarding the service.
