SMS Consent & Messaging Policy

Who sends these messages. On Magic LLC (formerly reSEAT LLC) sends text messages through its On Magic service on behalf of participating fitness studios. Your studio decides which messages are turned on. On Magic operates the messaging service.
How members opt in. Members opt in explicitly through their studio, in one of two ways:
By checking the text message consent box on their studio's signup or booking form.
By asking studio staff to turn on text messages, which staff then record on the member's studio profile.
Consent is recorded for each member and each studio. Consent is never a condition of booking a class or of any purchase.
Messages you ask for. If you call or text your studio and ask for something by text, such as a booking link or the studio's contact information, we send that message. Asking for one message does not sign you up for others.
What we send. Opted-in members receive booking confirmations, waitlist updates, class reminders, and support responses.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies with your activity.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message. Reply START to rejoin. Reply HELP for help.
Sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding sharing with subcontractors that support services such as customer service.
Automated assistance. Some messages are generated with the help of automated systems, including AI assistants acting on your studio's behalf. On Magic identifies itself as your studio's assistant.
Purchases. Communications never complete a purchase for you. Booking and payment always happen in your studio's official booking flow.
